This service allows you over the next twelve months to book up to five 1-on-1 training sessions each lasting 60 minutes using Google Meet. The cost of the annual subscription is $425. That's a savings of $70 over purchasing five individual sessions! You will have the opportunity to renew for an additional year when your subscription expires. This is a limited time offer and will expire when all slots are filled.
If you prefer, a second annual subscription plan is now being offered that allows you to book five 30-minute sessions that you can utilized over the next twelve months. The cost of this plan is $299. That's a $46 savings! This plan is perfect for those quick sessions to provide training for preflight sessions to look over a route you are proposing.
With these subscriptions you can book a private online session to dive deeper into any aviation weather topic. Want to learn more about what causes icing, turbulence or thunderstorms, then book a session to discuss that topic with this subscription. Perhaps you want to review the weather along a route for a flight you are contemplating. While we are not your formal briefer, these route-based sessions are designed to help you better understand how to interpret the observations and forecast guidance available along your route so that you gain more confidence in your decision to depart.
Here's the fine print. Each training session must be scheduled in 60- or 30-minute increments depending on the plan purchased. In other words, sessions cannot be split into shorter lengths. All sessions must be booked for available times Monday through Friday with the first session on these days beginning at 9:00 am eastern time and the last session ending at 5:00 pm eastern time on most days. Weekend and evening sessions are not available at this time. Scheduling is subject to schedule Scott's current availability which can be determined when you book a session. There will be blackout times due to aviation events (e.g., AirVenture), holidays and for other circumstances as they arise. Unused training sessions cannot be carried over to the next subscription year and will be forfeited. Note that all online training sessions use Google Meet.
