It’s essential to know the valid time of any weather guidance you may use. There are two choices in the EZWxBrief progressive web app for time, namely, device time (local time) and Zulu (GMT or UTC). In EZWxBrief you will find times listed in many locations. You have the option of displaying local or Zulu time. You set that preference in your General Settings as shown below. Just click or tap on the gear icon from the masthead of any page or from the EZWxBrief Dashboard to bring up the Settings panel.

If you set your display preference to Zulu (as shown above), you will notice a Z located behind each time listed in the application as shown for the Imagery view.

If there isn’t a Z like like you see below then you have your preferences set to the device time (local). Local time is always presented as a 24 hour clock (e.g., 18:00 for 6 p.m. local time).

However, in some of the tabular displays like you see with the route profile view, you may notice that Zulu time along with the local time of the device and local time of the segment point will be shown. Also local time at the segment point will be shown for arrival times if the time display preference is set to Local.

Note, the clock used to depict the current time in many locations within the app will always be set to Zulu even if your time display preferences are set to local time. This is referred to as the Zulu clock.
